Sources and Corrections

Primary sources are preferred: agencies, companies, official mission pages, direct databases, and regulator updates. Secondary sources can help discovery but should not replace primary evidence when the page makes a specific factual claim.

Corrections should identify the affected page, claim, source, change requested, and whether the correction changes a tracker, guide, video companion, or briefing issue.
