Starship Finally Has A Countdown To Prove Something

Flight 13 is the week’s main event because it stops being abstract. SpaceX is targeting July 16 from Starbase, with the mission expected to test fixes after Flight 12 and attempt functioning Starlink satellite deployment. The Launch Library entry adds the sharper technical stakes: 20 V3 Starlink satellites are listed, including six modified to image the heat shield, alongside communications-link checks and future return-to-launch-site work. A minute-level target makes the countdown concrete, but the flight and official postflight results still have to supply the evidence.
